A 50-minute class held once a week, introducing young athletes to basic obstacle concepts.

Ninja Obstacle Training - 5yrs & older
A 55 minute class held once a week, where budding ninjas can tackle challenging obstacles under careful guidance from our expert instructors. Our multi level ninja program, offers training to beginners to elites!
Levels: WHITE (beginner) -> YELLOW -> GREEN -> BLUE -> PURPLE -> BLACK
Monthly tuition (August-June): $105-$115 a month depending on level

Mighty Stars Gymnastics - 3 & 4yrs
A 50 minute class, held once a week, for preschoolers just starting to explore the movement of gymnastics, while focusing on hand-eye coordination, listening skills, trusting the instructor, and gaining self confidence.

Gymnastics Classes - 5 & older
Our range of recreational gymnastics levels, allow gymnasts to progress at their own pace., through the 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
Our structured lesson plans are designed to teach core gymnastics skills and improve fitness in a fun way! Classes are 55 minutes, once a week.
Levels: PINK (beginner) -> ORANGE -> BLUE -> GREEN

Indoor/Outdoor Obstacle movement - 5 & older
Spartan style OCR (obstacle course racing).
Join the thrill of facing diverse physical challenges and unexpected twists, offering a unique experience that tests your limits in fresh ways.

HOME SCHOOL HOUR - All ages
Every Monday 11:30am-12:30pm
Home school hour offers gymnastics, ninja warrior training, and Obstacle movement (ocr training) classes for ages 5-12 years.
Pre-K open gym for ages 5 & under is available during this time.
Open gym price: $10 per child / $5 siblings

OSEGA Super Stars
At OSEGA, we believe that every child deserves the chance to experience gymnastics and ninja obstacle training in a nurturing environment. Our OSEGA Super Stars program caters to children with special needs, providing them with a fun, structured, and safe experience.
