MONDAY ***This class is on hold during the winter season. We will announce once it resumes. 

OCR Express 6:00pm-7:00pm Half conditioning / half obstacle technique. Designed to help you stay consistent weekly with both aspects of your OCR training.

TUESDAY

OCR Conditioning 6:00pm-7:00pm Body weight exercises, heavy carries, balance challenges, spear throws, and obstacle repeats to train endurance, strength, and skill. Scalable for beg-adv athletes.

SATURDAY

OCR Conditioning 9:00am-10:00am Body weight exercises, heavy carries, balance challenges, spear throws, and obstacle repeats to train endurance, strength, and skill. Scalable for beg-adv athletes.

Open Rig Practice 10:00am-11:00am Come and work on a obstacle technique at your own pace. An instructor will be on hand for spotting and advice if desired.

SUNDAY

OCR Movement & Fundamentals 4:30pm-5:30pm A community favorite! This unique and fun indoor class utilizes the entire gymnastics and ninja facility and will have you practicing skills that will help you be at your best in life, both on and off the course.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

  • Includes: ONE class per week (alternate between any available OCR classes offered)

DROP IN

Are classes cancelled during rain or cold weather? No, we have an indoor facility.

Do I need basic OCR experience to attend? No, our obstacles are designed for complete beginners through elite racers.

Am I required to attend races? We are a training facility only, whether you are planning to race, or just looking for a fun fitness activity.

What if I punch in for a class, but do not make it? Check in with a staff member, or call our front desk to be re-issued your punch back to your pass. 

What is the minimum age to attend adult classes? 16

Can I bring my child while I workout? Yes, you may bring your child (age 6+). We have picnic tables and activity sheets available (or you may bring your own activities for them).  Parents are responsible for their children during this time.

OSEGA envisions the OCR Training Center as a space for fitness and personal growth for individuals of all ages, whether you are a newcomer to the sport or a seasoned athlete seeking a training hub. Triumph offers adult workshops, conditioning and technique classes, and open rig. The center features after-school programs, summer camps, and recreational classes tailored for youth. Our initiatives will not only focus on enhancing athletic skills in a fun environment but will also prioritize teamwork, confidence-building, resilience, and character development—core values that embody the spirit of Obstacle Course Racing.
